Looking for a doula to support you through your birth journey? Whether you\u2019re preparing for a vaginal birth<\/strong>, a planned or unplanned cesarean (C-section)<\/strong>, or still figuring out what birth might look like for you. I\u2019m here to support you, your choices, and your partner<\/strong> every step of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My birth support begins with a free video\/phone call or in-person meeting<\/strong>, giving us a chance to connect and see if we\u2019re the right fit. This first meeting is relaxed and open, a space for you to ask questions, share your hopes and concerns, and get a feel for what having a doula can offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As your birth doula, I offer emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy and labour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t take over, I empower you to make informed decisions that feel right for you and your baby. I\u2019m trained to support both natural and medicated births<\/strong>, induced labours<\/strong>, VBACs<\/strong>, and cesarean deliveries<\/strong>, and I work closely with your partner (or support person) so that they feel included, supported, and confident too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Birth can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time moms but you don\u2019t have to go through it alone. With me by your side, you’ll have someone who knows birth, who trusts your instincts, and who will gently guide and support you through contractions, decisions, emotions, and transitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I support births at home, in hospitals, and in birthing centres across Cape Town and the surrounding areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
